Since 2016, we’ve been pioneering Buchinger fasting retreats in Vietnam’s most beautiful locations – from Yên Tử’s sacred mountains to Huế’s ancient landscapes. We combine scientific fasting protocols with Vietnamese healing wisdom and personal guidance from experienced retreat leaders.
